1–2 nights:
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for a full refund.

2–7 nights:
• Minimum 7 days’ notice required.

8–28 nights:
• Minimum 14 days’ notice required.

29–60 nights:
• Minimum 21 days’ notice required.


2. Two‑Bedroom Apartment

1 night:
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: deposit forfeited.

2–7 nights:
• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit forfeited.

8–28 nights:
• Minimum 14 days’ notice required.
• Less than 14 days’ notice: deposit forfeited.

29–60 nights:
• Minimum 21 days’ notice required.
• Less than 21 days’ notice: deposit forfeited.


3. Wheelchair‑Accessible Apartment

1 night:
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice required.

2 nights:
• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required.

3–7 nights:
