A one night booking deposit will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking. A merchant fee of 1% applies to card payments. Should you prefer to use a different payment method or pay via direct deposit, please call (07) 4057 5102 to provide payment details over the phone.

Defence Holidays North Queensland – Eligible Personnel Discounted Rates

– I agree and understand that discounted rates are available to eligible personnel only. This includes Ex and Serving Defence members and their families, War Widows, First Responders (Fire/Police/Ambulance and Emergency Services Volunteers), Corrections Officers, Defence Contracted Personnel, International Allies and Defence Public Servants.

– I agree that by booking under a Defence discounted rate that I am one of the eligible personnel listed above and can provide proof of eligibility upon check in.

– I agree that if I am unable to provide proof of eligibility upon check in, I will be charged the standard room rate.

Check-in and key collection:

– Keys are available for collection at Cocos Holiday Apartments’ Reception.

– Check-in is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.

– Reception is open from 8am to 5pm weekdays. If you are arriving on a weekend or after 5pm, please contact us on (07) 4057 5102 prior to arrival to arrange your check-in and key collection.

– A valid credit card in your name and photo ID is required on arrival to cover any incidentals.

– Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Access

Room Preference

I agree and understand that by booking online, I am unable to guarantee a specific room number. If you wish to book a specific room, please contact Cocos Holiday Apartments on (07) 4057 5102 to book directly.

No Smoking Policy

I agree and understand that all rooms at Cocos Holiday Apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside and all butts must be disposed of appropriately. Should management discover smoking inside any rooms, the guest will be responsible for the cost of a full re-paint and clean of the apartment.

Terms and Conditions:

– I agree to reimburse Cocos Holiday Apartments for any damage caused whether intentional or accidental to Cocos Holiday Apartments property (including artwork provided by external parties) by myself or any other member of my party including children and visitors.

– I agree to reimburse Cocos Holiday Apartments for the costs associated with lost room keys.

– I agree extra fees will apply if my apartment is left in an excessively dirty or damaged condition.

– I agree to vacate by 10am on my day of departure and that late checkout fees apply.
