Defence Holidays NQ is a non-profit charity started by the Soldiers of North Queensland in 1972. The charity’s mission is to provide affordable holidays for eligible personnel. This includes Defence Force Personnel and their families, Former Serving members, Veterans, War Widows, Police & Emergency Services, Correction Officers, Defence Contracted Personnel and Public Servants and International Allies.

Eligible personnel can now book subsidised rates direct online. Simply use the Promo/group code: “DEFENCEDAILY” for stays of less than 7 nights or “DEFENCEWEEKLY” for stays over 7 nights.

Please note that if you book a Defence Holidays NQ rate you will be required to provide proof of eligibility at check-in.
